Kymaro Body Shaper complaint
Just received my body shaper. First of all, they sent me the wrong size in a bottom. They claim that you pay for only the top, and you get the bottom free, along with the top and bottom in a nother color free......so i end up paying almost fifty bucks for shipping and postage. get real. After squeezing into it, i was somewhat pleased at the results. It is too bad that they mislead you with the shipping cost. this should be against the law. why not just be honest and sell each piece for twenty bucks and offer free shipping and handling...same difference.

Thanks for the phone number, I need to call their *** and see when they are going to credit me for this stupid product. 

I returned it a week ago and they have not refunded my credit card.

:sigh I agree with Sharon. The "free" bottom was very misleading. I ended up paying two $9.95 charges plus $6.95 for a rush order. When I tried to contact customer service, there was no way that I could talk to a real person. I have figured out that, if I punched the button to place an order with a credit card, I could get to a person. However, the recording said that someone would be right with me. After two tries and staying on the phone several minutes each, another recording came on asking me to just leave my name and phone number but I didn't.
