help,i just need to return my kymaro products.

hello, I need some help. My name is Kathleen Waits, I ordered a Kymaro body shaper top, and was supposed to get the bottom shaper free + S+H, I received the top and bottom, with a bill for 69.00 on my credit card,and I am trying hard to return them,Iv'e requested a return exchange form,for three days. a lady said she'd email it right out, I left 2 more messages, no one has contacted me,please help.
