I ordered the
Kymaro and it was too tight. I returned it and asked them to exchange it for the next size up. Well, when I got the exchange, it was too big, so I called them and asked them what I should do. They told me I could send the top piece back and get a refund. I asked about the
bottom piece and the free set that was also shipped with the additional
shipping cost and was told they couldn't do anything about that since those were free items and I only had to pay the extra
shipping cost and shipping fees were not refundable. Since these did not fit me either,I sent everything back to them but was never refunded the amount I paid for the top, so not only was I out the extra
shipping fee to be shipped to me but I had to pay for shipping twice to return both sets and I still didn't get a refund. WHAT A

Thank you all so very much for your truthful testimonies. I was just looking at the infomercial and was going to the website to purchase this item. Thank God I read your comments first. There are so many scams out there these days, it behooves us all to do our research before being a scam victim.

Thank you all for your comments. You see the infomercial on TV and it seems like the best thing going. I'm beginning to wonder if a product has to be advertised on an imformercial if it really isn't worth the buy. Thanks to all who shared their struggles with this company

 I am soo sorry for all of you ladies who have had to go through all the terrible trouble with this company but thank you so much for your honesty!! I was considering buying this & told others about this product. Now because of so many bad comments about this company I will not be buying anything from this company and I will tell my girlfriends to not buy from them. Maybe one day soon they really will be out of business!! We can only hope and pray!

Thanks ladies  . I'm very sorry for your troubles and thankful that you expressed your complaints... here. I was on my way of maybe purchasing for a gig for a gown. How terrible would that have been. I guess if one had it like that and wanted to use as if makeup for a special event... but I WOULD not suggest that based on the complaints because that would be endorsing the so many that have been ripped off already and in the future if not privvy to this site.. Bless you all.

I AM LIVID!!! i just got off the phone with 3 unintelligent people over at www.ubuyez.com. I assume that is where you purchsed your piece of garbage body shapers? I wish i would have seen this site before i ordered $80 worth of product.
In the end ordering this piece of JUNK cost me over $50 that I won't be refunded. Can we sue? I told them this is an OUTRAGE and that they should be ashamed of themselves. I can see now that I"m not alone.......
