Unfortunately I have the same complaint(s) as the ones I have already read here. In fact, I wish I would have seen the reviews/postings before I bought the product. Not only does it NOT work, it is not comfortable and they greatly overcharge for shipping, handling and fee's etc. I had the same issue and tried to order a size after reviewing the information on the website, but the operator insisted I was wrong and sent me one based on my bra size. I have not tried to return it yet, but am apprehensive reading all of the problems people havbe had before me. Don't waste your time or your money!!
