THE Kymaro body shaper was the worst product I ever bought...I couldn't speak to a real manager. I spoke with a Denise, who was very nice and knowledgable. I asked her if she was a manager and she said no I am her assistant. I asked her what her managers name was and she said I take her supervisor calls. I asked again, what is her name and she said Brandi. I asked , why can't I speak to her. Denise put me on hold and came back to the phone and said" Brandi is in a meeting".I knew that was a lie. I have been waiting 6 days and Brandi still has not contacted me...What poor customer service with management... product is poor and so is management...
