This is a horrible rip-off. The product is absolute garbage!!! I put it on and it came off over my head! They won't exchange without MORE money, and you can't get your money back "Free" item costs @29.85. Add me to any class action.This is worth pursuing.

When you call customer service, you're on hold cycling around for 20 minutes, if you luck out, hang on and get anyone at all. They tell you to leave message, or "I'll call you back", which is never returned.

TV ripoff's need to be caught!
