Kymaro Body Shaper complaint by Gina
I came to this site for info on this product. However I was concerned when I noticed most comments where aimed to a bully/ aka Unknowns comments.

I feel this site needs to be more aware of the comments being displayed. The insults and pain they can cause when it's directed at a certain populace and not a certain product or company should not be allowed.

As a consumer looking for quality feedback, I would highly recommend the folks insulted from such comments make it known to the Webmaster. This won't stop cybering bullying, but it just might save quite a few from heartache.

PS....

I decided not to buy this product and Thanks ladies for saving me some $$.

The date on my comments is wrong...it is not June 4th, It's April 5th....??? I am not a computer whiz...maybe I should contact the Webmaster....

And to echo Gina, cruel comments are not welcome and counterproductive...they accomplish NOTHING...other than making others feel badly...they certainly do not inspire ANYONE to LOSE WEIGHT.

"When given the choice of being right or being kind....ALWAYS CHOOSE KIND"...that simple statement would improve morale, and truly inspire change.

Gina, I apologize, I misunderstood your comment, I am utterly exhausted right now...it\'s seven a.m. here, I\'ve been unwell, and not sleeping.I want to be clear that bodyshapers are NOT only for people a bit overweight. Women that are 100lbs wear them to make their clothes look \"smooth\", without any lines or bulges. I have studied fashion, and repeatedly read that a great outfit begins with your undergarments....a well fitted bra and panties...and a well-fitted girdle/body shaper. I am, at 41 yrs. old, finally understanding this.... and want to teach my daughter how to dress nicely. :sigh Her body image is extremely distorted, as mine was at her age. I WAS very heavy...and was teased mercissley from the age of 8 thru 16, when I lost 30lbs.... :cry To this day, it has affected my self image. It breaks my heart to watch my child...who is nowhere near as heavy I was. Yes, she is chubby...but not grotesque...and much more fashion savvy than I was. She has beautiful hair, etc. and knows how to put an outfit together....but she tends to wear tops that cling to her middle...drawing attention. I do tell her she\'s only about to turn 13, a work in progress, and to be patient. But in the meantime, to draw attention to her good qulaties...PERSONALITY FIRST, (as teasing has a zero tolerance policy in our home...I explalined how cruel and damaging it is) then, outer appearance.I explained to wear outfites that show her legs, face, etc....and she has truly made an effort....I told her about body shapers. Initially she was offended, and I explained 100lb \"movie stars\" and everyday women wear them to make their clothes \"lie\" nicely.So...is it worth purchasing tthe KYMARO shapers? Or is it better to go to the dept. stores and try them on? It\'s such a good deal...I would like to get sets for myself and my daughter...EIGHT pieces for $40 plus S & H? That fits my budget....Signed, Confused Consumer (that still hasn\'t pushed \"click\") :? :upset :sigh :x

:? I am confused by the latest comment I read...

The woman said she was "somewhat pleased", but went on to to thank other consumers for saving her money for NOT buying this product....???? I have been pondering buying the KYMARO...the "deal" offered...nude and black, tops and bottoms, for both myself and my 13 yr. old daugher. Not just because it's supposedly made to make one appear slimmer, but to make one look "smooth" in clothing. I am fairly thin, however, would like clothing to "skim" my body, and look my best. My daughter is a bit "chubby", and I know she'd appreciate looking smooth in the latest fashions...although I feel her self image is distorted....I tell her she looks just fine, (which is futile) and tell her to "accent the positive" by wearing umpire waist lines. She has lovely legs, it's just that she's a work in progress, and for God's sake, she's only about to turn 13 next month....so I am confused...is it worth it....or not? My goal is to look nicely dressed withough panty and bra lines...is it worth it or not? Im sitting her at seven a.m., after watching the infomercial for about the twentieth time...
